The classic city travel books tend to cover the major attractions superficially using stock photography and tiny type, all in a pocketable size. While useful before the Internet when having a physical guidebook was necessary, this traditional format is out of touch with today's travelers. During a trip in a new city, does anyone consult a book for current opening hours and prices or the best route from their hotel or home rental? Of course not.

 

We believe that the true role of city travel guide is to encourage aspiration, to provide inspiration, and to help with planning a successful trip. How do we do all that? We approach travel writing from a different angle by telling stories to enhance your experience and by revealing new strategies to optimize your adventures.
