About the Author
After eating, drinking, and smelling her way through graduate school, Daisy Bow earned her PhD in French Language and Literature from New York University. She currently teaches at The New School and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, where she continues her research on French food and perfume. She also gives classes on perfume history and material culture for the Fragrance Alliance Network, an independent organization dedicated to perfumery education for all.
